On March 5th 2019, HKA and Primaned were pleased to present PMWeb's UK launch event “Technology that Drives Construction Management”. Turnout exceeded all expectations, with over 100 people attending. The event featured two customer success stories:
- Alasdair White, Head of Construction at NHS Property Services, explained how the standard, out of the box functionality in PMWeb accelerated their implementation time and added value in managing this new organisation formed out of 163 smaller NHS bodies. PMWeb is helping ensure that the NHS is making the best property choices to enable excellent patient care at health centres and GP surgeries across the UK.
- Mark Gough from Art Invest showed the power that comes from harnessing the broad functional range. Mark, a long-time user of the system, explained how portfolio level budgeting, estimation and planning are the key to improving the acquisition, construction and operation of large, high value property portfolios.
People new to the product, said they were particularly impressed with how clear it was that PMWeb management has been responsive to feedback from their “end user” community in guiding the development roadmap.
HKA, Primaned and PMWeb
The event was hosted by HKA and Primaned, PMWeb's resellers in the United Kingdom and Europe. Shown to the left, from left to right, are Primaned Managing Director Mark Schenk; Marc Jaude, PMWeb's founder and President; and HKA Partner Gino Wideen, who heads HKA Tech's business globally.
PMWeb's Marc Jaude, speaking at the formal launch of the new partnership between HKA and Primaned in London, is quoted as saying “I am extremely happy with the commitment of both HKA Tech Partner Gino Wideen and Primaned Managing Director Mark Schenk had shown in the months prior to the event; and confident our European partners will deliver the highest quality of services to the UK and European market."

PMWeb announced at the end of 2018 that Europe would become an important target market for 2019 as a result of their success in adding many of the world’s largest companies to their client portfolio.
Early adopters of PMWeb in Europe implementing PMWeb for their Capital/Construction Projects include NHS Property Services (UK), Art-Invest (Germany), the United Nations, APM Terminals (Denmark), Philips (Netherlands) and the European Investment Bank (Luxembourg) – in addition to global businesses from outside the region which operate PMWeb for their UK/European projects.
